  • 1. Standard payment terms are a credit/debit card with the order.
    2. Credit terms may be extended with an approved credit application.
    3. We will accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. A preauthorization (RMA#) is required prior to sending items for return. Missing or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
    4. Shipments will be sent ground FOB Renton, WA. Shipping charges must be paid in advance at the time of order or you may provide your shipping account # (FedEx or UPS).
    5. All prices and products are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
    6. Wholesale pricing requires the submission of a valid tax ID number (EIN#) and a resale permit (if applicable).
