We stand behind everything we sell and guarantee your purchase to be free from damage or manufacture defects. If you received a product that appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase. Please visit the Support Center for assistance.
Change your mind? To be returned for reasons other than defect, items must be returned in new and unused condition, include all parts and accessories and in original (un-opened) packaging; unless otherwise approved. To ensure a full credit, returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of purchase.

All transactions are completed in US dollars.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (not including weekends and holidays). Often we are able to process order on the day received prior to noon PST. Orders are shipped once payment has been confirmed. You will be notified via an email when the product has shipped.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Additional non-shipping days will be listed on our website.
A backordered or pre-ordered item ships as soon as it becomes available.
We will charge your credit card when your order is placed. We cannot guarantee that the backorder or pre-order item will be filled. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, credit your card if previously charged, and notify you via e-mail.
